Job Summary:

Role Overview:

The Fashion Consultant will guide customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and styling options across multiple designer collections. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent customer service, and an understanding of current fashion and textile trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with styling, outfit selection, and product recommendations.
• Provide expert knowledge on fabrics, textiles, silhouettes, and designer collections.
• Maintain updated knowledge of fashion trends, seasonal drops, and new designer launches.
• Ensure the store floor is well-organized, presentable, and stocked.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM team for smooth customer experience.
• Assist in visual merchandising and display arrangements.
• Manage customer queries, alterations follow-up, and special styling requests.
• Build strong customer relationships and maintain client profiles.
• Support in inventory checks, tagging, and product handling.
• Work closely with the store manager for daily operations and sales goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and garment construction.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Pleasant personality with a sense of styling and fashion aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or a designer store preferred.
• Basic computer and billing knowledge (added advantage).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹276,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
