Senior Fashion Designer

About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Fashion Designer (Female) who has a strong sense of style, creativity, and leadership. The role involves designing modern and elegant womenswear collections, leading the design process, and ensuring each piece reflects quality and trend awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new seasonal collections.
• Prepare sketches, color themes, and fabric stories.
• Supervise sampling, fittings, and final garment production.
• Guide and support junior designers.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate execution.
• Research fashion trends, materials, and market demand.
• Manage deadlines and ensure timely completion of collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in womenswear design.
• Good understanding of fabric, color, and garment construction.
• Knowledge of both Eastern and Western wear.
• Skilled in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Strong communication, creativity, and team management skills.
