Senior F&B Manager

Pho Mo is a modern, elevated fast-casual Vietnamese restaurant in Abu Dhabi, blending authentic flavours with French colonial influences and contemporary flair. Centred on Vietnam's national dish, Pho, we deliver quality, vibrant ambiance, and memorable dining experiences. This position is open only to candidates located within the UAE, as relocation support is not provided.

We are seeking an experienced Senior F&B Manager to:

• Lead operations and ensure excellence at our flagship outlet in The Galleria, Abu Dhabi
• Drive culinary innovation, operational efficiency, and financial performance
• Shape the strategic growth and direction of a modern F&B brand
• Spearhead the launch and success of new outlets across the region

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations & Leadership : Oversee daily operations, manage teams, enforce SOPs, and ensure compliance

• Culinary & Product : Support menu innovation, control costs, and work with procurement on quality and sustainability

• Financial Managemen t: Develop budgets, monitor P&L, manage costs, and optimise vendor relations

• Growth & Development: Lead new outlet launches and explore catering, retail, and partnership opportunities

• Marketing & Brand : Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance visibility and loyalty

• Guest Experience : Maintain high service standards, address feedback, and create memorable experiences

• Strategic Planning : Align business, culinary, and operational goals with long-term expansion

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years in F&B, 2+ years in leadership
• Proven success in high-volume or event-driven settings
• Strong financial, operational, and people management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and training abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards with proven ability to lead and drive compliance
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable mindset
