Senior Feasibility & Financial Project Manager

Company: Accurate Middle East (Dubai)
Engagement: Project-based (with potential long-term / in-house option)
Location: Remote / Hybrid | GCC-focused projects

About Accurate Middle East

Accurate Middle East is a boutique consulting and market intelligence firm based in Dubai, delivering feasibility studies, market entry strategies, and investment assessments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and selected MENA markets.

We operate with senior-led logic, strong financial discipline, and in-house research teams. This role is not research-heavy — it is decision-heavy.

Role Objective

We are seeking a senior financial and feasibility professional who can own feasibility projects from a commercial and financial perspective, manage delivery across internal research resources, and act as the main analytical counterpart to clients.

This is a finance-first project management role, not an administrative PM position.

Key Responsibilities
Feasibility Leadership & Financial Ownership

Lead the financial and commercial logic of feasibility studies

Develop or fully own financial models (CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, IRR, NPV, sensitivities)

Structure feasibility logic across:

Development / real estate projects

Hospitality assets

Industrial / manufacturing projects

(Deep expertise required in at least ONE of the above)

Project Management (Senior-Level)

Own project structure, milestones, and internal coordination

Translate client objectives into clear scopes, assumptions, and deliverables

Guide junior researchers and analysts — you do not collect raw data yourself

Ensure analytical consistency across research, assumptions, and financial outputs

Client Interaction & Proposal Support

Support proposal development (methodology, scope, pricing logic)

Join selected client calls to explain and defend feasibility assumptions

Act as a senior analytical counterpart, not a salesperson

Required Experience & Profile Experience

10-15+ years in feasibility studies, financial consulting, corporate finance, or investment analysis

Proven experience delivering full feasibility studies, not isolated models

Strong exposure to at least ONE sector:

Real estate / development

Hospitality

Industrial / manufacturing

GCC / emerging markets experience is a strong advantage.

Skills

Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis

Ability to translate market research into investment logic

Clear, structured thinking — comfortable challenging weak assumptions

Confident but pragmatic client communication

Mindset

Comfortable working project-based

No Big4 bureaucracy mindset

Hands-on, structured, and accountable

Values quality and clarity over volume and slide-counts

Engagement & Compensation

Project-based compensation, agreed per project or per phase

Flexible workload depending on pipeline

Opportunity to transition into a long-term or in-house role for the right candidate
