Senior Female Accountant

We’re hiring a highly skilled female finance professional who can take the lead on accounting operations, financial planning, reporting, and compliance. This role demands strong analytical thinking, solid command of accounting principles, and the ability to manage financial strategy with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow projections, and management reports.
• Monitor budgets, variances, and financial performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws and statutory requirements.
• Supervise junior accountants and ensure proper workflow delegation.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
• Implement and improve internal financial controls and SOPs.
• Support the management in financial planning and decision-making.
• Handle complex entries, adjustments, and financial analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Minimum 2-3 years of strong experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Expertise in Excel, reporting dashboards, and accounting software (Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of financial statements, taxation, and compliance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
