Senior FF&E Designer

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior FF&E Designer to join our esteemed Residual Luxury Furniture company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead the design and selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to enhance our luxury interiors, ensuring excellence in aesthetics, functionality, and quality. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of FF&E concepts for luxury furniture projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand standards. - Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, suppliers, and project teams to select and specify high-quality materials and finishes. - Manage FF&E sourcing and procurement processes while maintaining budgetary and timeline requirements. - Oversee production samples and prototypes to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers on the FF&E team. - Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and innovative design techniques to maintain a competitive edge. - Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. - Minimum of 7 years experience in FF&E design within the luxury furniture industry. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in luxury FF&E design and execution. - Proficient knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients. - Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.
