Role Description

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) Designer to lead and coordinate FF&E design for high-end interior fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality, residential, and commercial interiors, with a proven ability to develop and deliver innovative design concepts that align with project objectives, client expectations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Lead the conceptualization and development of FF&E design packages for various interior fit-out projects.
• Source, select, and specify furniture, finishes, materials, fabrics, and accessories in line with the design intent and project budget.
• Prepare detailed FF&E presentations, mood boards, sample boards, and material palettes.
• Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, architects, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FF&E items.
• Oversee vendor and supplier relationships, including pricing, samples, lead times, and quality standards.
• Produce FF&E schedules, specifications, and control documentation for tender and construction stages.
• Conduct site visits to supervise FF&E installation and ensure quality control.
• Stay current on local and international design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative sourcing solutions.
• Ensure all FF&E elements comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in FF&E design, specifically within the UAE market.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating FF&E work across hospitality, residential, and commercial fit-out projects.
• Deep knowledge of furniture manufacturers, material suppliers, and procurement procedures in the UAE.
• Proficient in design software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), SketchUp, Revit (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and teams efficiently.
• Knowledge of local regulations, sustainability guidelines, and fire rating standards (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
