Rotation: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off

Job Summary

Al Bany International LLC is seeking experienced Senior Field Production Operators to support oilfield production and well surveillance operations at Karim Small Field, Oman. The role involves monitoring wells, supervising field activities, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring compliance with HSE and PDO standards.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily production and well performance

Conduct well surveillance activities (LLF, well testing, oil sampling, sonolog surveys)

Troubleshoot production and operational issues

Supervise field operations, maintenance, and well handovers Ensure compliance with PTW, HSE, and operational procedures.

Perform site inspections, reporting, and safety monitoring Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field

8–10 years of experience in upstream oil & gas production operations minimum 5 years as Senior Field Operator

Strong knowledge of Well surveillance & production operations o PTW and HSE systems,PDO standards , HAZID / HAZOP / HEMP

Ability to read P&ID and engineering drawings Good communication and reporting skills
