About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Finance and Accounting Manager who can lead our financial strategy with confidence, precision, and strong commercial awareness. This is more than a traditional accounting role. You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, compliance, reporting, and operational controls while helping leadership make informed strategic decisions. You will manage a skilled finance team and ensure that our organization maintains the highest standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership:
Lead all finance and accounting operations including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Strategic Planning:
Support executive management with financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations that drive company growth and profitability.
Compliance and Controls:
Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal financial controls.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor finance and accounting staff while promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Audit Coordination:
Manage internal and external audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve financial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across the organization.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
7+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and advanced spreadsheet analysis.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to manage teams, handle multiple priorities, and support business decision making in a fast paced environment.
Communication:
Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
Mindset:
You are analytical, detail oriented, and commercially aware. You know how to balance financial accuracy with practical business needs.
Pay: ﷼17,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
