The Role We're looking for a proactive, hands-on finance professional eager to make a real impact. Reporting to the Finance Director, you'll be a trusted business partner, supporting senior leadership with financial and commercial insights to drive growth.- Ensure resource capacity meets commercial performance needs, ensuring the requirements of HR and Compliance are covered. What we are looking for from you: - Degree, and accounting qualification with post-qualification experience, including strong technical accounting skills, ideally in both UKGAAP & IFRS. Finance Business Partnering - Proven experience in a business-facing finance role with adaptability to change. - We are looking for someone who spots unexpected consequences, and flags or investigates them, who checks carefully for errors before issuing work - Ability to collaborate, and follow a task through to completion without being chasedIn return, we offer a great package that will include hybrid working (expectation minimum 3 days per week in our Leeds Head Office or Reading Office).Health and Wellbeing - Employee Assistance Programme: counselling, legal & wellbeing support for colleagues and their households.
