Senior Finance Executive

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our Finance team. The incumbent will be responsible for correct financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Post all expenses and payments along accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly profit and loss statements accurately and on time
• Perform reconciliations and adjustments to maintain financial accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and report trends to management proactively.
• Collaborate with auditors to facilitate audits and provide necessary financial information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial reporting and analysis.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in posting in accounting systems and reconciling accounting figures and financial records.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and errors in financial data.
• Demonstrate appropriate handling of sensitive financial information.
• Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple parties.
• Intermediate computer software skills, including excel and accounting packages.

Qualification & Experience:

• ACCA qualified / CA Finalist
• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting
