A day in the life:
As a Senior Finance Manager at Monster, you're the financial powerhouse driving our regional success! You'll deliver dynamic commercial analyses, killer insights, and strategic recommendations, keeping a sharp eye on all business, commercial, and financial activities in your region. You'll rock the scene by assessing investment recommendations, providing detailed insights, and leveraging data and analytics to ensure everything aligns with our epic commercial commitments. Plus, you'll take charge of budget planning for your regions, making sure everything is set for maximum impact!
The impact you'll make:

Provide expertise leadership to the business by ensuring consistency with Company accounting policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Understanding system and company investment in market, make sufficient analysis and recommendation on driving continuous productivity and to support growth through pricing, financial modeling and analytics, customer profitability, business expansion strategies and building business cases.

Establish and improve local operation process to ensure right control and management of our business operation.

Work with different internal and external functions to manage the overall operational and financial risk in the developing market.

Make estimates of funds required for the short and long‐term financial objectives of the organization. Complete financial reports, lead the month‐end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast. Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit. Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) on actual variance analysis , forecast and planning and profitability analysis of our different brands and business models. Oversee general management of cost of goods sold, ensure accuracy of financial statement.
Who you are:

Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or another related field. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) preferred.

Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in finance/accounting preferably in the Consumer Goods industry.

Additional Experience Desired: Between 3‐5 years of experience in management in finance providing support to sales and marketing functions.

Computer Skills Desired: Significant experience with SAP and Microsoft Office software

Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Fluent (written and speaking) in English preferred
