Senior Finance Manager

About the Role:
Avorio Global Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management in Muscat, Oman. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long term growth
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision making
• Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations and international standards
• Cost Control: Monitor expenses and implement cost optimization strategies to improve profitability
• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Extensive senior level experience in finance management, financial planning, or corporate finance
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic thinking skills with expertise in financial modeling and reporting
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred
• Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead finance teams and manage complex financial operations
