Acting as a one-stop-shop for sophisticated clients with complex business models, we serve four market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing, and the vertical “Multiples,” which includes AI-driven projects and vertical farming initiatives.

We are now seeking an entrepreneurial, commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to support and scale our Middle East operations — partnering closely with the Managing Director, CFO and cross-functional leadership teams.

YOUR TASKS

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for a high-growth business unit.
• Act as strategic finance partner to the MD and CFO on profitability, investments and growth initiatives.
• Drive margin optimization, cost control and working-capital improvements.
• Implement and manage SAP finance and controlling processes.
• Oversee month-end closing, reporting and performance dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit and regulatory standards.
• Monitor cash flow, credit risk and capital allocation.
• Prepare board-level presentations and financial analysis.
• Support business cases, major projects and expansion initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with supply chain, procurement and operations teams.
• Build scalable finance processes in a start-up environment.
• Roll up your sleeves — hands-on execution is essential.

YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Most importantly: a global mindset with an “anything is possible” attitude.
• 5+ years in senior finance or controlling roles.
• Strong SAP experience is mandatory.
• Deep knowledge of FP&A, accounting, controlling and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Commercially savvy with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Calm under pressure with exceptional organizational ability.
• Flexible beyond “9-to-5” thinking.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity and discretion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• International exposure is a strong plus.
