Make an Impact
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The Corporate FP&A team supports global financial planning (annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning), consolidated financial reporting for all business units, and in-depth forecasting and reporting for corporate segments. This role reports to the Director of Corporate FP&A and is based in Richardson, TX.
What you will do in this role:- Financial statement analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement), KPI reporting, operational reporting, analysis of key business trends, including comprehensive variance explanations
- Create timely, accurate, and standardized global reporting that is easy to replicate and maintain across regions, brands, and channels.
- Provide business owners with reporting and analysis to drive accountability and action
- Support senior management with ad-hoc reporting and financial analysis
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from large datasets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive projects effectively
- Self-motivated and committed to continuous process improvement
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and numerical) for all organizational levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle Hyperion applications is highly recommended
