Senior Financial Analyst

We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Build, manage, and maintain accurate forecast and cash flow projection models.

• Support annual budgeting and portfolio-level planning processes, including fiscal year baselines and variance analysis.

• Analyze patient-level profitability, cost-to-care, and margin performance across service lines.

• Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to track performance and identify trends.

• Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data for internal and external reporting.

• Conduct detailed variance, trend, and scenario analyses to highlight risks and opportunities.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close with analytical reviews and reconciliations.

• Present financial results and key insights to management in clear, actionable formats.

• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance financial analysis efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in finance or accounting.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, DAX, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial statement analysis.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Healthcare or multi-entity experience preferred.

• Proven ability to manage large datasets and develop scalable financial models.

• Strong collaboration and multitasking skills with attention to process improvement and automation.
