Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview

The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership. This individual will serve as a key business partner across departments, guiding decision-making through data-driven insights and ensuring the company’s financial objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term business goals.
• Provide financial guidance to the executive team and department heads to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Lead strategic financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and corporate policies.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to develop realistic financial plans and resource allocations.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Monitor financial performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and tax compliance requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure successful completion of annual audits.

Leadership & Team Development

• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency across financial operations.

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.

Preferred:

• CPA, CMA, or MBA qualification.

• Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
