Position Overview
The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while providing strategic recommendations to executive leadership. This individual will serve as a key business partner across departments, guiding decision-making through data-driven insights and ensuring the company’s financial objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support long-term business goals.
- Provide financial guidance to the executive team and department heads to optimize profitability and efficiency.
- Lead strategic financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Financial Operations & Reporting
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and corporate policies.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop realistic financial plans and resource allocations.
Risk Management & Compliance
- Monitor financial performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and tax compliance requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors and ensure successful completion of annual audits.
Leadership & Team Development
- Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency across financial operations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a management role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.
Preferred:
- CPA, CMA, or MBA qualification.
- Experience in [insert industry: e.g., technology, construction, manufacturing, or nonprofit].
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
