The Financial Planning and Analysis team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst at their Lafayette Hill, PA office. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 4 days in office.

About the Role:
The Senior Financial Analyst supports FP&A across financial reporting, SAP-integrated analytics, Power BI reporting, SAP Analytics planning, and enterprise GL master data governance. They function as a key contributor to monthly close, management reporting, global consolidations, hierarchy maintenance, and system transformation initiatives.
With a blend of traditional FP&A skills and the technical ability to build SAP-and BI-based reporting assets ((S4 HANA), SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Alteryx), this individual helps strengthen Hajoca’s data integrity, expand our reporting capabilities, and support ongoing enhancements across our systems and BI landscape.
In this role, you will:
Enhance Reporting, Analytics, & BI Development
- Assist in the implementation of key financial reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Support SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning, forecasting, and reporting models.
- Develop analytical processes using SQL, Python, or Alteryx.
- Support daily sales, SOP reporting, Accounts Receivable dashboards, and benchmarking for our National Support Center (NSC).
Support Financial Close & Consolidation
- Support monthly close activities including flash reports, SG&A analysis, and variance review.
- Ensure alignment between SAP, the GL, and Business Intelligence.
- Support North America consolidation review and MD&A preparation.
Ensure Master Data & Hierarchy Governance
- Maintain PC lifecycle workflows (new PC creation, updates, closes).
- Ensure proper mapping across SAP, Eclipse, Dayforce, and GL.
- Support annual hierarchy restructuring and future year planning models.
Support System Transformations & Strategic Initiatives
- Support SAC deployment and model enhancements.
- Support AI-enabled forecasting and automation.
- Partner with BI, Master Data, Accounting, and the NSC to ensure data quality.
Facilitate Merger & Acquisition & Integration
- Support due diligence and the integration of acquired entities.
- Validate PC, hierarchy structures, and reporting integrations for new acquisitions.
- Ensure clean integration into SAP, GL, BI, and reporting frameworks.
About You:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA/CPA) is a plus.
- 7 or more years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience with financial planning software and BI tools (e.g., SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau). Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA) and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) ideal.
Our ideal candidate will also:- Possess a strong understanding of financial statements and monthly close procedures.
- Have experience with enterprise reporting and large data environments.
- Have experience with SQL (HANA SQL, Azure SQL, etc.)
- Have experience with Python for analytics or automation.
- Possess knowledge of Alteryx Designer workflows.
- Be experienced with Eclipse software, Dayforce HCM software, or boundary systems.
- Have experience with M&A integrations.
- Possess knowledge of PowerQuery, Power Automate, or automation tools.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Be adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Excel (creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas), financial modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Be able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to effectively interact with senior executives, external advisors, and other outside parties.
- Have an extremely strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work well with teammates at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a champion of continuous improvement and automation.
- Be extremely well organized and detail-oriented to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed with accuracy.
