Here’s What We Need

The Senior Financial Analyst role conducts detailed financial analysis and develops forecasting and planning models tied to restaurant performance, costs, and growth. The role supports budgeting, MD&A, and ongoing performance tracking by producing accurate analysis that leaders rely on to manage and grow the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Restaurant Performance Analysis – You will analyze restaurant performance data and build supporting models to evaluate trends, risks, and opportunities across restaurants and the company.
  • Forecasting and Budget Support – You will support annual budgets, budget forecasts, and long-range planning by building and maintaining financial models that reflect key business drivers and assumptions.
  • Reporting and Dashboards – You will develop and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that make financial performance easy to understand and actionable for non-finance partners.
  • Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) – You will support monthly and periodic MD&A by analyzing results, developing commentary, and clearly explaining performance drivers across sales, COGS, labor, SG&A, and margins.
  • Capital Expenditures and Growth Analysis – You will support capital planning by analyzing capital expenditures, new restaurant growth assumptions, and returns on investment, partnering with development and finance teams to inform long-range plans.
  • Ad Hoc and Consultative Analysis – You will respond to ad hoc requests and act as a financial thought partner, providing timely analysis as new questions and initiatives emerge.
  • Additional Responsibilities – This role will perform additional duties as assigned.

How You’ll Do It

  • Analytical Thinking – Break down complex financial and operational data into clear insights.
  • Business Curiosity – Ask why performance looks the way it does and seek to understand how restaurants actually operate.
  • Clear Communication – Explain financial results in plain language to partners without a finance background.
  • Attention to Detail – Maintain accuracy in models, reports, and assumptions.
  • Adaptability – Adjust priorities quickly in a fast‑moving, growth‑oriented restaurant environment.
