Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support finance team in month-end close and monthly forecasting.
• Become a power user of Dynamics 365 Business Central: consolidation, build reports and models.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate automation, or process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis to support cost saving, business reviews, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Continuously monitor and validate data integrity; flag anomalies, investigate root causes, and correct issues.
• Actively participate in process documentation, knowledge sharing, and team learning.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or related role
• Comfortable problem-solving in ambiguity and adapting to a fast-changing environment
• Prior business partnering or stakeholder management experience
• Exposure to automation, AI tools or data pipelines

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
