LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join a mission-driven healthcare nonprofit in Chicago. This Senior Financial Analyst role offers high visibility, meaningful impact and the opportunity to influence financial strategy in an organization focused on community health outcomes.

This Senior Financial Analyst will partner closely with leadership, driving financial insights across budgeting, long-range planning and investment oversight. If you’re a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, this Senior Financial Analyst opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead budget management and forecasting processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Oversee investment tracking and performance reporting
• Build long-range planning (LRP) and base case models
• Conduct balance sheet and cash flow analysis
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Tableau
  
  

What’s Needed

• 4+ years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role
• Strong FP&A, budgeting and modeling experience
• Advanced Excel and Tableau skills
• Experience with financial statements and cash flow analysis
• Ability to communicate financial insights to leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
