We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead our Financial Planning & Analysis efforts, turning complex data into actionable insights that drive our strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts, partnering with department heads to align financial plans with operational goals.
- Variance Analysis: Deliver monthly "Actual vs. Plan" reporting, identifying key performance drivers and recommending corrective actions to optimize financial performance.
- Business Intelligence & Dashboarding: Design and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards to track real-time KPIs and provide senior leadership with clear business narratives.
- Strategic Modeling: Build complex financial models to support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and new service line ROI evaluations.
- Data Analytics: Mine large datasets from ERP and lab management systems to uncover trends in test volumes, revenue per test, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a dedicated finance partner to Lab Operations, Sales, and IT to improve forecast accuracy and process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar highly analytical role.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced modeling) and Power BI (DAX, data visualization).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
- Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex financial data into concise presentations for executive leadership.
- Systems Experience: Prior experience with ERP systems and specialized EPM/budgeting software (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Vena) is a plus.
