Senior Financial Analyst
Compensation:
$115K base + Bonus

Position Overview
We are partnering with a growing, complex manufacturing organization to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their FP&A team. This role will support a recently hired Finance Manager and play a key role in helping build structure, improve processes, and drive financial insight across the business.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role within a lean finance team—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support and execute monthly close activities, including reporting across P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet

Develop and maintain budgeting and rolling forecast models, including system uploads and reporting packages

Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership

Build and refine financial models to support business decision-making

Work across large data sets, systems, and reporting tools to deliver accurate, timely analysis

Partner cross-functionally with operations and other departments to understand the “story behind the numbers”

Assist in improving and documenting FP&A processes, templates, and workflows

Contribute ideas and recommendations to enhance efficiency, reporting, and financial visibility

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

5+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance

Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and month-end reporting

Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP and/or Power BI preferred

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
