Description:
Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of financial data across the organization. This role supports both operational and strategic decision-making through analysis, reporting, forecasting, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs comprehensive reviews of trial balances and financial statements to verify accurate classification, completeness, and integrity of financial data

Creates, develops, and maintains detailed financial reports, summaries, and dashboards to support internal and executive-level decision-making
-
Develop and evaluate the annual operating plan and long-term financial forecasts to support organizational growth and strategic objectives
-
Works closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting
-
Provides training and guidance to business units on interpreting financial data, promoting transparency and consistency
-
Ensures accurate and timely preparation and posting of journal entries, supporting audit readiness, census reporting and documentation standards
-
Supports special projects focused on enhancing financial reporting and data analysis
-

Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance required

5+ years of accounting experience

ERP implementation or Infor experience (nice to have)
