Thrive Pet Healthcare is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A (SG&A & CapEx) to join our Support Office team.

Make an Impact as the Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A Role


In this role, you’ll be responsible for SG&A reporting and forecasting, capital expenditure (CapEx) oversight, and delivering actionable financial insights that support Thrive’s corporate cost structure. You’ll serve as a key finance partner to senior leaders across corporate functions, helping ensure forecasts reflect real-time business conditions and enabling informed decision-making


What You’ll Do

  • Drive SG&A Forecasting & Financial Insights: Lead monthly reporting and variance analysis, maintain forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making
  • Partner with Corporate Leaders: Act as a trusted finance partner to departments such as HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to support planning, prioritization, and cost discipline
  • Manage Capital Expenditures (CapEx): Track and forecast capital spend, ensuring visibility into project-level investments and alignment with approved budgets
  • Support Planning & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while supporting executive, Board, and lender reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable financial processes and reporting enhancements
  • Use data, insights, and strong communication to support decision-making and drive results.


Your Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3–6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with FP&A systems (e.g., Adaptive) preferred
  • Experience supporting SG&A and corporate functions strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
