Senior Financial and Data Analyst

$120K base + 10–20% bonus

10–15% travel

In-office Monday–Thursday | Remote Fridays

Southern Marinas is a vertically integrated marina owner/operator focused on acquiring and operating premier waterfront assets. We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support corporate FP&A, asset management, and operational performance across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Lead portfolio-wide budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards tracking financial and operational KPIs
• Monitor occupancy, rate trends, revenue mix, and margin performance across properties
• Analyze rent rolls, pricing strategy, labor performance, and expense controls
• Prepare investment committee and board materials
• Own recurring reporting packages
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration efforts

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysis
• Strong Power BI experience (DAX, Power Query, dashboard builds)
• Advanced Excel modeling skills with strong structure and formatting standards
• Ability to work with large, imperfect datasets
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
