Description

Are you passionate about automation, process innovation, and building the systems that power a company's future? This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-impact team helping to design, develop, and scale the intelligent automation solutions that will define how our company operates going forward.

In this role, you'll develop a deep understanding of our finance and business operations—identifying inefficiencies, mapping workflows, and translating complex processes into scalable automation solutions. • Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions with process owners and stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and scope automation opportunities.
  • Establish and enforce automation best practices, documentation standards, and governance frameworks across the team.
  • Evaluate and champion emerging technologies, providing recommendations on adoption and integration into existing automation ecosystems.
  • Own full lifecycle delivery of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects, from solution design through production deployment and post-launch support.
  • Architect and manage UiPath automation environments, including bot orchestration, scheduling, machine configuration, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead technical design and implementation of complex, cross-functional automation solutions across multiple projects and systems.
  • Design and implement enterprise-level data integrations across ERP platforms, databases, and cloud platforms to enable scalable end-to-end automation.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices across the team, leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery, reduce manual effort, and elevate the quality of automation outputs.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to junior analysts, guiding them through development, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with business users to lead testing, change management, and training efforts for new automation solutions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong drive for continuous process improvement and innovation.
  • Although not a requirement, having a solid grasp of programming fundamentals and entry level or higher proficiency with Python, SQL, VB.Net, and/or C# is a significant asset.
