Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a team member to join our Finance team, which operates under the Financial Affairs Directorate of our company, for the position of Senior Finance Specialist .

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields,
• Minimum 4 years of experience needed in a finance role: financial analysis, financial reporting, banking or a similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good business acumen
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities of the Position

• Coordination and management of all cash flow operations and transactions — including payments and collections, loans, letters of guarantee, derivative transactions, and other financial needs — of Fiba Renewable Energy Holding and all its subsidiaries, in terms of liquidity and FX position
• Supporting the maintenance and strengthening of relationships with existing financial institutions and business partners
• Assisting the team in implementing systematic and procedural improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial workflows
• Executing and monitoring daily cash flow, financing, foreign exchange, derivative contracts, letters of guarantee, and other banking transactions
• Monitoring and managing loan transactions
• Addressing inquiries and requests from financial institutions in a timely manner, aligning them with the operational plan
• Taking necessary actions and managing end-to-end processes for inquiries and requests directed to the Finance Department from other departments
• Preparing and monitoring weekly and monthly financial reports
• Tracking bank relationships, credit limits, and risk exposure
• Managing supplier payments, banking transactions, and maintaining accurate records of all related activities
