About the Role:

As a CBRE Senior Finance Systems Analyst, you will take full ownership of the Onspring application, supporting central business functions within the IA&R line of business.

This role is responsible for the build-out, enhancement, and ongoing management of Onspring, partnering with stakeholders to develop a strategic roadmap and maintain a prioritized backlog.

The analyst ensures robust data governance, compliance with change management, and effective vendor management, while driving adoption of new features and recommending solutions across the platform.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the Onspring application, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with business goals. Build and maintain a strategic roadmap and prioritized backlog of enhancements Document issues, resolutions, or other actions using the incident management system.
  • Gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and oversee implementation of new features.
  • Review and verify accuracy of all records and data points within Onspring. Reconcile data across systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SOC1 Scope) to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Create and run reports with large data volumes from Onspring, analyzing findings to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Implement and monitor data quality controls, addressing issues to maintain high data integrity.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and reconciliation between key systems (e.g., PeopleSoft to Onspring, Onspring to SOC1 Scope).
  • Partner with the Data Management team to ensure proper governance of all data inputs and integrations. Oversee maintenance and accuracy of Client, SOW, MSA, and deal records; product accuracy (SOC1 applicability); data gap clean-up; dashboard consistency; and standardized CBRE branding.
  • Ensure all changes comply with established processes, including approvals and documentation. Maintain records for audit and compliance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track and implement new features, and recommend solution products and tools across the platform.
  • Identify, assess, and address risks related to application functionality, data integrity, and business operations. Develop mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with the Onspring Steering Committee and execute to the prioritized roadmap by implementing new functionality and other development within the system.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Experience in cross-functional project leadership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong proficiency in data management, governance, and integration.
  • Technical acumen with system enhancements, dashboards, and vendor management.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate complex operational environments, and collaborate effectively across global teams.
  • An understanding of GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platforms and frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
