Job Purpose
A Senior Fleet Sales Consultant is responsible for managing and growing the company’s fleet sales business This role involves working with both existing and new clients to provide tailored solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets The consultant typically focuses on large-scale sales, such as selling vehicles or related services to organisations with multiple fleet vehicles
Key Responsibilities
Main Job Functions
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs by ensuring an agreed mix of models and types
Ensure efficient sales forecasting and reservation management
Retain existing customers through regular follow-up and acquire new prospects, converting them into buyers
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate customer database
Plan day-to-day sales activities, including visits, phone calls, and emails
Maintain and submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager
Gather and report market intelligence relating to competitors and clients
Complete all company documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Comply with all company and departmental policies regarding vehicle purchasing, registration, insurance, and payment
Keep customers informed about new models and benefits offered by the dealership’s range of cars and commercial vehicles
Prospecting
Continuously seek new fleet prospects for Nissan products
Maintain regular contact with existing customers to generate additional business
Liaise with the Service department to identify fleet vehicles due for replacement
Keep the Fleet Sales Manager informed of bulk deals to provide additional support or benefits
Enhance sales by promoting extended warranty, insurance, rust-proofing, service contracts, and accessories
Selling Skills
Understand fleet owners’ priorities when purchasing vehicles and maintain transparency throughout the sales process
Have thorough knowledge of products, SOPs, credit procedures, F&I, and services
Keep abreast of competitor products, specifications, and prices to overcome objections
Qualify customers’ needs and offer the most suitable products
Measurement & Performance
Achieve targets while controlling discounts
Commit to and fulfil KPIs assigned by management
Maintain a balanced mix of existing and new customers to meet sales targets
Other Duties
Report for duty on time and maintain attendance, punctuality, and discipline
Follow guidance and instructions from the Fleet Sales Manager
Attend and report to trainings punctually

Ensure individual compliance with the Sales Process, ISO standards, and SOPs
Educational Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Work Experience
Corporate sales experience of 3–5 years is essential
Competencies
Strong understanding of fleet management, vehicle leasing, and financing options
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyse customer needs and offer customised solutions
Knowledge of the automotive industry, including trends and regulatory requirements
Preferably corporate automotive sales experience (outdoor)
Valid GCC driving licence
Languages
Excellent command of English ; Arabic is desirable
