🌸 Senior Floral Designer – Luxury Events & Creative Floral Concepts

Experience Level: Senior (5+ Years in Luxury Floral Design)

We’re searching for an inspired Senior Floral Designer who brings artistry, innovation, and true creative mastery to every arrangement and installation. This is not a standard florist role — we want a visionary designer who lives and breathes floral design, understands the language of color and texture, and can translate ideas into breathtaking visual experiences.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Lead creative development of floral concepts for luxury events, activations, and bespoke clients.

• Build mood boards, conceptual decks, and visual narratives that communicate design direction.

• Produce basic floral renders/sketches that guide production and client approval.

• Design and oversee high-level floral installations, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and aesthetics.

• Work closely with production teams to bring artistic concepts to life at scale.

• Source flowers, materials, and accessories with an expert eye for quality and design integrity.

• Maintain consistency with brand creative standards while pushing boundaries and introducing fresh design approaches.

🎨 What We’re Looking For

• Formal training in floristry, floral design, botanical arts, or a related creative field.

• Deep knowledge of flower varieties, seasonality, textures, and floral mechanics.

• Strong understanding of color theory, spatial design, and visual storytelling.

• A portfolio demonstrating creative floral work for luxury events, high-end clients, or boutique floral studios.

• Ability to develop concepts, mood boards, and basic digital/hand-drawn renders.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a premium floral or events environment.

• Open to all nationalities — we welcome diverse creative backgrounds and global design influences.

• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to lead, inspire, and execute with precision.

🌿 Bonus Skills (Not Required but Amazing to Have!)

• Experience in set design, spatial styling, or installation art

• Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Procreate, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop)

• Comfort working on large-scale luxury productions and tight timelines
