Senior Florist

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Florist to lead daily floral production, maintain high design and quality standards, and support the training and supervision of junior florists. This role requires strong technical floristry skills, consistency under volume, and the ability to execute premium arrangements aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily production of bouquets, arrangements, and customized orders
• Execute premium designs for retail, corporate orders, and events
• Maintain strict flower quality control (grading, hydration, storage, waste control)
• Supervise and guide junior florists and helpers
• Ensure consistency of design, finishing, and packaging
• Support creative development of new arrangements and seasonal collections
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to meet deadlines
• Manage workstation organization, tools, and hygiene standards
• Follow company SOPs, safety, and quality procedures
• Assist with setup for events and large-scale orders when required

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of professional floristry experience (senior or lead florist level preferred)
• Strong skills in hand-tied bouquets, box arrangements, baskets, and vase designs
• Experience handling premium flowers and high-volume production
• Good understanding of flower care, conditioning, and longevity management
• Ability to work under pressure during peak seasons and campaigns
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment
• Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle floral materials
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Experience in luxury or premium flower brands is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• floristry: 3 years (Preferred)
