Senior Flutter Developer

XAutonomous is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to take the lead in developing high-performance, scalable, and visually stunning mobile applications. You’ll play a key role in transforming ideas into seamless, feature-rich apps that enhance user experiences and align with our company’s mission and goal

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Lead architecture and design discussions for new features and apps.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with best practices in mind.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest Flutter releases, libraries, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of mobile development experience.
• Strong understanding of Dart and Flutter architecture (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and Firebase.
• Proficient in Git, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with platform-specific integrations (native modules in Android/iOS).
• Strong debugging and optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in publishing apps to Google Play and App Store.
• Familiarity with automated testing and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of state management patterns.
• Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or published personal projects.

Experience: 03-05 years.
Location: Bahria Town Karachi - Full time (on-site)
