Senior Flutter Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 5+ years of professional experience, specializing in Flutter for building scalable and high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.

Flutter expertise is mandatory for this role.You must have experience deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Familiarity with native Android/iOS development is a strong plus. This role requires close collaboration with product, design, and backend teams to build seamless mobile experiences. Experience with Zebra RFID scanning, including working with Zebra devices, SDKs, or hardware APIs, is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
• Implement and integrate Zebra RFID scanning capabilities, including working with Zebra SDKs, RFID readers, and device APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver features efficiently and on schedule.
• Manage complete deployment processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize app performance across various devices—including Zebra handhelds.
• Stay updated with the latest mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools, and proactively suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart (Flutter is a must).
• Experience working with Zebra RFID scanning, Zebra SDKs, or similar RFID hardware integrations.
• Proven experience deploying apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in U.S. time zones and extend hours when required.
