Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our IT Product company based in Bangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile app development, with significant expertise in Flutter and Dart. You will lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. This role requires a hands-on approach, encompassing designing architecture, integrating backend APIs, and managing releases, ensuring that our apps deliver outstanding quality and performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of mobile apps using Flutter.
Design architecture and write code while integrating backend APIs.
Rebuild/refactor existing applications for improved performance and maintainability.
Ensure that applications are production-ready and adhere to high UI/UX standards.
Collaborate effectively with product, design, and backend teams.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the Flutter and Dart ecosystem.

Requirements

Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart with multiple apps published in App Store/Play Store.
Proficient in state management frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, and BLoC.
Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, and various mobile functionalities.
Knowledge of app lifecycle management, testing, and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to mentor junior developers and uphold coding standards.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
Experience implementing payment gateways and real-time applications.
Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud deployments.
