Senior FM Quality Control Officer

Job Summary:

Detail-oriented and experienced Facilities Management Quality Control Officer to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and operational efficiency within our facilities. The ideal candidate will oversee inspections, monitor service performance, and implement improvement plans to maintain high-quality standards in facility management operations.

Job Description:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and performance metrics.
• Monitor service providers and maintenance teams to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and industry best practices.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain documentation of inspections, reports, and quality assessments.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with facility managers and stakeholders to address quality-related concerns.
• Investigate and resolve quality complaints and implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilities management.
• Actively participate in the commercial activity of the department from lead generation to bid estimations and budget elaboration.
• Contributes to the risk management of the department

Required Skills & Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control within facilities management or a similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, safety regulations, and quality control principles.
• Certifications in Quality Management, Facility Management, or related fields are a plus.
• UAE Driving License (Required)
