We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Foreman - Snr to join our team.

Position Overview

To supervise, coordinate, and oversee all site activities related to Aluminium glazing and façade works, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per project requirements and approved drawings/specifications. Acts as the primary link between site operatives and management, ensuring smooth workflow and high workmanship standards.

Your Role

• Supervise daily site activities for Aluminium, glazing, cladding, and curtain wall works.
• Allocate work to Logistic foreman, Junior foreman, chargehands and installers according to priorities and skill levels.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and specifications.
• Coordinate with other trades (MEP, Civil, Steel) to avoid work conflicts and delays.
• Inspect ongoing and completed works to ensure compliance with project quality standards.
• Identify and report any non-conformance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Check materials before installation to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Plan daily and weekly targets in line with project schedules.
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Report daily progress to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure workers follow approved safety procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site operatives.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and waste management in the work area.
• Provide technical guidance to workers regarding installation details and sequencing.
• Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with engineers.
• Ensure correct handling, storage, and protection of Aluminium profiles, glass, and façade materials.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in Aluminium glazing/façade installation, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.

Knowledge: Aluminium systems (unitized, stick, curtain wall, windows, doors, skylights, Balustrade, canopies, cladding, sandwich panels etc), Glass types, handling, and installation techniques, Façade sealants, gaskets, and weatherproofing details, Reading and interpreting façade shop drawings and technical details.

Education: Diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Civil/Mechanical/Architectural field (preferred).
