Senior Formwork Foreman

Summary

We are looking for a Senior Formwork Foreman to oversee the construction and installation of formwork systems on various projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring the proper assembly and dismantling of formwork, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of formwork carpenters and laborers in the construction and installation of formwork systems.
• Ensure the proper assembly, placement, and dismantling of formwork according to project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and quality of the formwork installation.
• Train and mentor junior staff on proper formwork techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory of formwork materials and equipment, and coordinate with procurement for any necessary supplies.
