Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to clients dynamic finance team. In this pivotal role, you will lead comprehensive financial analysis, strategic planning, and reporting initiatives that drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your expertise in corporate accounting, financial concepts, and regulatory standards will be essential in delivering accurate financial insights and supporting sustainable growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence key business strategies through meticulous financial analysis, forecasting, and management.

Duties

Lead the preparation and interpretation of complex financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory reporting standards.
Develop detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
Conduct thorough profit & loss analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
Oversee accounting functions related to cost accounting, technical accounting, and account analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze investment opportunities and pricing strategies that enhance profitability.
Ensure adherence to SOX compliance by implementing robust internal controls and conducting periodic audits.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership, including insights into financial performance and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Expert user in Excel
Retail, consumer goods, or related industry preferred
4-10 years of experience
Deep understanding of financial concepts such as profit & loss management, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Experience in strategic planning, cost accounting, and financial management within a corporate environment.
Be able to work in office full-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
