JOB OVERVIEW:
- Provides in-depth financial analysis, supporting management reporting, budgeting & forecasting.

Supports the design, development and timely update of financial models and reports, monitoring performance versus company goals and understanding business drivers to identify areas for improvement.

Assists in coordinating planning & reporting cycles, ensuring adherence to company deadlines.

Supports the submission of the long-term strategic plans.

Fosters a continuous improvement mindset, driving for simplification, automation, and standardization.

Provides cover for Regional FP&A manager as & when required.

The role is based in Dubai and office based.
JOB RELATED STATISTICS:
Annual revenues of ~USD 130M, 12 legal entities, multiple currencies, reporting to the Regional FP&A Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Reporting, analysis, planning & consolidations:
-
Supports the consolidations process for SPM Eastern Hemisphere, for month end, budgeting, & forecasting cycles.
-
Prepare analysis and evaluate performance for the Eastern Hemisphere legal entities & consolidated results, using multiple existing reports & systems, upgrading, optimizing, and developing new reports and systems use as required.

Produce accurate & timely reporting, ensuring the chart of account mappings are consistent across Eastern Hemisphere and data is reported accurately across all SPM & CAT reporting systems.

Develop expertise in all reporting and planning systems. becoming the Eastern Hemisphere power user able to guide and coach the wider team.

Maintains and helps develop financial models to improve business analysis capabilities.

Provides ad hoc reports and analysis as required.

Business Partnering:

Establish partner relationships with internal customers both finance & non-finance across the organization to drive business performance, deadline adherence, FP&A, and reporting processes alignment.
- Contribute to developing standardized reporting tools that will help non finance team members identify gaps in performance efficiently.

Requirements:
Work Experience & Skills:

6-8 years of Accounting FP&A / Controlling related experience with business partnering skills, ideally within a complex environment of multi-level hierarchies / locations.
-
Expert Excel user, good understanding, and experience in using and enhancing reporting systems & processes. Ideally Power BI, databases, ERP systems, EPM systems experience
Education:
-
Degree or equivalent required.
-
Chartered Accountant, ACCA / CIMA / ACA / CPA, or MSc in finance / MBA required.
