Job Purpose
Support the FP&A and investment functions through financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and investor
communication activities. The role will also include involvement in company establishment procedures for foreign
subsidiaries and assisting in general accounting tasks when needed.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Assist in preparing and updating the company’s annual budget and departmental budgets.

Support monthly and quarterly performance analysis, variance analysis, and management reporting.

Contribute to building and maintaining financial dashboards and performance trackers.

Investment & Fundraising Support:

Assist in preparing investor materials, financial models, and presentations.

Participate in maintaining and organizing the Investor Data Room.

Support due diligence processes by gathering and validating financial data.

Contribute to financial modeling for investment evaluation and business planning.

Budgeting & Departmental Support:

Coordinate with different departments to collect, review, and update budget data.

Track actual vs. budget spending and highlight key variances.

Assist in forecasting and scenario analysis exercises.

Accounting & Reporting Support:

Support the finance team in general accounting tasks when needed (e.g., reconciliations, journal entries).

Follow up on intercompany transactions and reporting for regional subsidiaries.

Corporate & Establishment Tasks:

Follow up on company establishment procedures and legal documentation for new entities abroad.

Maintain coordination with legal and administrative teams to ensure compliance and proper record keeping.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

3 – 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.

Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to summarize and present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
