Senior Front- End Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing the user-facing components of our core platform. This is an on-site position requiring expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks and a commitment to code quality and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time, On-site Schedule: 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday, or relevant days) Work Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex, high-performance, and scalable front-end architecture using [Specify Framework, e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular].
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish best practices for the team.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and back-end engineers to transform designs and business requirements into responsive, accessible, and functional user interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement in web performance, security, and overall code health.
• Own the deployment process and ensure robust testing (unit, integration, E2E) is implemented for all features.
• Contribute to technical strategy and architectural decision-making for the product roadmap.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep expertise with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React/Redux, Vue/Vuex, or Angular).
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable state management solutions.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including bundling (Webpack/Vite), lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with TypeScript for large-scale application development.
• Proficiency with version control (Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Desired Skills (Bonus Points)

• Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) or Static Site Generation (SSG) (e.g., Next.js, Nuxt.js, Gatsby).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries (e.g., Storybook).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
