About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer (Vue.js) with 3+ years of professional experience to lead the development of modern, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing front-end interfaces using Vue.js and related tooling. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver engaging, scalable user experiences. As a senior team member, you will set best practices, mentor junior developers, and uphold high standards of performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Front-End Development: Architect, develop, and optimize Vue.js applications from concept to deployment.
• Component-Based Development: Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components with Vue.js.
• UI/UX Implementation: Convert Figma designs or wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-performance front-end experiences for SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and enterprise products.
• State Management: Implement efficient state management strategies using Vuex, Pinia, or similar tools.
• Performance & Optimization: Ensure smooth performance, fast rendering, and scalability for data-intensive applications.
• SEO & Server-Side Rendering (SSR): Implement SSR and SEO best practices using Nuxt.js.
• Front-End Tooling & Debugging: Utilize Vue DevTools, browser dev tools, and debugging techniques to enhance application quality.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Guarantee consistent user experiences across different browsers and devices.
• Testing & QA: Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Cypress, or Vue Test Utils.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Maintain clean Git workflows, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams while guiding and mentoring junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript & TypeScript Skills: Solid grasp of ES6+, JavaScript fundamentals, and complex logic handling.
• Vue.js Expertise: Proven experience with Vue.js (Vue 2 & 3), Nuxt.js, and Vue ecosystem libraries.
• HTML, CSS, and UI Frameworks: Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, and modern UI libraries.
• Bundling & Performance: Experience with Webpack, Vite, and performance optimization techniques.
• DOM & Browser Knowledge: In-depth understanding of DOM manipulation, rendering processes, and page load optimization.
• API Handling & State Management: Skilled with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, Vuex/Pinia.
• Design Systems & Scalable CSS: Ability to manage CSS variables, design systems, and maintainable styling practices.
