As a Front-End Developer at City Doctor, you will play a key role in building the user-facing aspects of our web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive, seamless, and responsive experience for our patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Development: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring seamless user experiences across devices.
• Responsive Web Design: Develop responsive and adaptive user interfaces, ensuring applications perform optimally on various devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Code Implementation: Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Collaborate with Backend: Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and optimize the flow of data between the server and client-side applications.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, delivering smooth performance even with large datasets.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and write unit tests to ensure the functionality and stability of your code.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to meet deadlines and deliver user-focused solutions.
• Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously explore new technologies, frameworks, and trends in front-end development to keep City Doctor’s web presence ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 5-8 years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong portfolio or examples of web-based applications you’ve developed or contributed to.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Gulp.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating them into web applications.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for healthcare and a drive to contribute to impactful projects that improve the patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to design tools like Figma or Sketch for collaboration with designers.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards.
• Experience in the healthcare or wellness sector (a plus but not required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
