Role Overview

We require an exceptional Senior Frontend Developer who possesses mastery in both Angular and ReactJS . You will lead the development of complex, high-performance user interfaces, ensuring technical excellence and a strong sense of UI/UX design . This role demands a high level of proficiency in TypeScript , state management, and managing code within a Monorepo architecture .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and development of new features in both Angular (latest version) and ReactJS (latest version) applications.

• Enforce best practices for TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+) to build robust and

scalable frontend codebases.

• Design, implement, and maintain the frontend codebase within a Monorepo architecture (e.g., Nx, Lerna), focusing on component reusability and dependency management.

• Apply and champion the use of the utility-first framework Tailwind CSS for rapid and

consistent styling across all projects.

• Manage complex application state effectively using frameworks like Redux (for React) or NgRx/RxJS (for Angular).

• Collaborate closely with the UI/UX team to translate wireframes and design mockups

into pixel-perfect, highly responsive, and accessible interfaces.

• Mentor mid-level and junior developers on frontend best practices, performance

optimization, and architectural patterns.

• Ensure application performance, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

• 6+ years of dedicated professional frontend development experience.

• Expert-level proficiency in Angular (recent versions).

• Expert-level proficiency in ReactJS, including Hooks and component architecture.

• Deep knowledge of TypeScript is mandatory.

• Proven experience working within and contributing to a Monorepo environment.

• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining project styled using Tailwind

CSS.

• Proven ability to integrate design sense into implementation, resulting in visually

appealing and intuitive UIs.

• Strong understanding of performance tuning, bundling tools, and modern web standards.
