Working Hours:

04:00 PM to 01:00 AM Türkiye time, in alignment with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Please note: Due to Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes in the U.S., working hours in Türkiye may shift accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Nextjs
• Implement modern frontend architectures leveraging server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and client-side rendering strategies
• Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces that meet healthcare industry standards
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs into frontend applications
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following industry best practices
• Optimize application performance, including bundle size, load times, and runtime efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Implement and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions
• Monitor frontend performance and errors using tools like Sentry
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React and Nextjs
• Deep understanding of modern JavaScript/TypeScript and ES6+ features
• Experience with Nextjs features including App Router, Server Components, and API Routes
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling solutions (CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS, or styled-components)
• Proficiency in state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Experience consuming and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
• Experience with Git and modern version control workflows
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions
• Excellent command of technical English, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Experience with React and Nextjs
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with performance optimization and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of frontend security best practices
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver complete projects end-to-end
