About Roadcast

Roadcast is a leading logistics and supply-chain technology company transforming how enterprises manage fleets, deliveries, and field operations.

Our platform powers real-time tracking, route optimization, and automation for businesses across industries — helping them achieve transparency, efficiency, and scalability in logistics.

We're now entering our next growth phase, rebuilding our core systems into a modern, microservices-based platform (Bolt v2) powered by Golang, AI-driven analytics, and intuitive user experiences.

We're expanding our engineering team to match this vision — with a focus on speed, reliability, and innovation at scale.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the next generation of Roadcast's web experience — including building a scalable Angular-based design system and component library that powers our Bolt v2 platform.

You'll work closely with design, backend, and product teams to build intuitive, performant interfaces that define how enterprises interact with Roadcast's platform.

Beyond hands-on coding, you'll play a key role in establishing best practices, frontend architecture standards, and collaboration models between design and engineering.

This is a high-impact, creative engineering role for someone who's excited about building both beautiful and technically excellent systems.

What You'll Do

Lead the frontend architecture for the Bolt v2 platform using Angular, TypeScript, and modern tooling

Build and maintain a shared design system and component library in collaboration with the design team

Drive UI consistency and performance across multiple modules and pods

Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices in accessibility, scalability, and maintainability

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces

Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow and system performance

Optimize frontend performance for speed and responsiveness across devices and browsers

Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and internal documentation to uplift overall code quality

Champion modern frontend workflows — testing, CI/CD, and deployment practices

Stay updated with the latest in Angular, JS frameworks, and UI engineering to bring fresh thinking to the team

What We're Looking For

4–6 years of experience in frontend development, ideally with exposure to scalable B2B or SaaS applications

Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

Experience building or maintaining design systems / component libraries (Storybook or similar tools)

Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar), and API integration

Familiarity with responsive design, UI performance optimization, and accessibility standards

Exposure to build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines

Experience working with Figma or similar tools for design handoff and collaboration

Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across design, product, and backend teams

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

You'll Thrive Here If You

Are passionate about creating design systems and scalable frontend architectures

Love building beautiful, functional interfaces that make complex systems simple

Enjoy working closely with designers and backend engineers to ship fast, high-quality releases

Want to have a foundational impact on the frontend culture and practices within a fast-scaling tech organization

Why Join Roadcast

Lead the frontend vision for Roadcast's next-generation Bolt v2 platform

Collaborate with talented designers, product managers, and engineers

Build reusable systems that will define the visual and technical language of Roadcast's products

Competitive compensation, high ownership, and an opportunity to shape the future of logistics UX
