Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Front-End Engineer to take ownership of front-end development for one of our projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect user interfaces, while collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert UI/UX designs from Figma into clean, responsive front-end code
• Build and maintain reusable components using React
• Implement layouts using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and other modern front-end frameworks
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization
• Collaborate with backend teams for seamless API integration
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding requirements and progress

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of strong front-end development experience
• Proven expertise in Figma-to-code slicing (pixel-perfect implementation)
• Strong hands-on experience with React
• Solid command of Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with modern front-end tools, frameworks, and best practices
• Good understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into UI solutions
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Team player with a professional and proactive attitude
