Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Designer who specializes in UI/UX and is equally strong in graphic design execution.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thinks before designing
• Can take ownership of design decisions
• Builds products and visuals from scratch, not templates
• Values consistency, quality, and long-term impact

You’ll work on both in-house products (ERP & CRM systems) and client-facing design projects.

What You’ll Be Working On

UI/UX & Product Design

• UI/UX design for our in-house ERP & CRM system
• User flows, wireframes, design systems, and final UI
• Improving usability, clarity, and visual hierarchy
• Collaborating with developers to ensure clean implementation

Graphic & Marketing Design

• Social media post designs (brand-focused, not random visuals)
• Product packaging designs
• Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, pitch decks, banners)
• Landing page designs (conversion-focused)
• Image editing and visual enhancements

You must be comfortable designing for both digital and print mediums.

What We’re Looking For (Read Carefully)

We are not looking for a junior designer or someone who only “executes tasks.”

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of professional design experience
• Has strong command over UI/UX principles
• Understands branding, layout, typography, and color psychology
• Can design confidently without constant supervision
• Believes in quality over speed
• Is punctual, consistent, and reliable
• Takes pride in their work and defends good design decisions
• Thinks long-term and wants to grow with a company

Tools & Skills

You should be highly proficient in:

• Figma (must-have)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Bonus: After Effects, XD, or prototyping tools

Portfolio Is Mandatory

We will only consider candidates with a well-maintained portfolio.

Your portfolio should clearly show:

• UI/UX work (apps, dashboards, systems)
• Branding & graphic design projects
• Design thinking, not just visuals

Work Environment

• Work from office only
• Collaborative but focused environment
• No micromanagement — ownership is expected
• Long-term growth opportunity with increasing responsibility

Location: Onsite – K.E.C.H.S, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Experience Required: 5+ Years
Salary Range: PKR 110,000 – 130,000 (based on skill & portfolio)
