Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 4–6 years of professional experience who can independently handle the complete lifecycle of web application development — from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance. You will be responsible for both backend and frontend development, managing client expectations, and mentoring junior developers where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications across the full stack (frontend and backend).
• Architect and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Build responsive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces using frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or similar.
• Work with backend technologies such as Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python, or Express.js.
• Design, optimize, and manage relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Guide junior team members and help establish best practices.
• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of professional experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong frontend skills using Vue.js, React.js, or similar modern JS frameworks.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Laravel, Node.js, or Python (Django/Flask).
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and deployment workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for working with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, or Heroku.
• Basic DevOps skills and server management knowledge.
• UI/UX understanding and ability to work with Figma/Adobe XD files.
